Having been awarded the renewal of the Riello Approved Service Partner and Authorised Reseller certification for 2021, SIEL will continue to offer the complete Riello UPS product range and a host of pre and post sales services.
Riello UPS solutions have proven to be a popular choice across SIEL’s varied network of customers. Their flexibility and versatility mean they can be incorporated into applications spanning a range of sectors from healthcare facilities and utilities to factories and data centres.
As a Riello Approved Service Partner, all SIEL engineers have successfully completed comprehensive training in the commissioning, maintenance and servicing of Riello UPS products. On completion of the training, engineers are certified and allocated an ID card with a unique identification number that verifies the individual’s certification status and core competencies.
Due to the authorised reseller and service provider status, SIEL is pleased to offer a 5 year extended warranty as standard in line with Riello’s additional 1 year parts warranty for partners across the portfolio of UPS systems up to and including 3kVA. This covers the entire range of single phase UPS systems, plus all line interactive and VFD models. Riello is the first uninterruptible power supply manufacturer in the industry to offer this level of warranty protection, which shows confidence in the reliability of their products.
The approved status means SIEL has met the rigorous standards to sell and install Riello UPS products.
