As with most electrical equipment, regular servicing is recommended in order to ensure sustained and reliable UPS operation.
SIEL’s dedicated engineers are highly trained across a wide range of UPS manufacturers, including, Riello, Borri, Huawei, SIEL, and many more. Our 30 years’ experience within power continuity gives us the knowledge necessary to maintain the intricate components of a UPS system. We have a range of UPS maintenance packages available from the most basic cover to an encompassing cover with leading response times. If something more bespoke is required, we also offer custom UPS maintenance packages and additional bolt-ons for a completely personalised cover.
Maintenance packages can be upgraded and downgraded as demand requires because we know that a day one requirement doesn’t always remain the same as businesses expand and change.
We also offer flexible payment options to spread the cost of a UPS maintenance contract over monthly payments. This makes higher levels of maintenance cover more attainable.
Multi Vendor UPS Maintenance
Prior to dispatch, all systems are subjected to a factory testing procedure (which may be witnessed) and a certified copy of the results together with certificates of conformity are shipped with the system.
With a fleet of inhouse engineers who are expertly trained across multi vendor UPS systems and cover businesses nationwide, we don’t need to outsource the work. We offer 24/7 support to give businesses the peace of mind that their UPS systems are protected at all hours should a problem arise.

We are an authorised service partner to RIELLO UPS. Our engineers have successfully completed comprehensive training in the commissioning, maintenance and servicing of Riello UPS products.
On successful completion of the training, engineers are certified and allocated an ID card with a unique identification number which you can use to verify the individual’s certification status and core competencies.
The Riello Certified Engineer initiative is designed to protect customers who require us to provide servicing and approved spares for their UPS, by enabling them to check if their chosen engineers are fully trained and competent to carry out the work.
